V-ZUG’s Combi-Steam MSLQ is the world’s first appliance to combine conventional, steam, and microwave heating.

V-ZUG spent years working on this innovation with extensive lab tests being conducted in cooperation with Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).

Top Swiss chefs including Andreas Caminada, Tanja Grandits and Nenad Mlinarevic also assisted with development.

  • The Combi-Steam MSLQ is now bringing to the kitchen the kind of uncomplicated, direct fingertip control that we all like so much on our smartphones. It can be operated totally by touch. Not only does the full colour TFT touch screen show all the functions that have been set at a glance, it also whets the cook's appetite with tasty looking background pictures from Andreas Caminada's kitchen. Users can also enter and save their own recipes ready to call up any time they want.

  • Together with its TFT touch screen the Combi-Steam MSLQ comes with sensor buttons that allow users to directly select the most important settings. A nice detail: the heart symbol, which acts as a 'favourites' button allows up to 24 favourite recipes to be stored, so the Combi-Steam MSLQ literally cooks and bakes at the touch of a button.

  • V-ZUG's Combi-Steam MSLQ has been designed to enhance the look of any kitchen. Its black mirrored glass door is a feature constantly being spoken about due to its timeless appeal.
