  • Taking cues from the immediate surrounds, Woods Bagot have designed a twin tower development inspired by two simple rotated parallelogram forms that resemble a pair of sculptural crystals creating a 'playful' interplay. The two towers are slightly rotated on the site, allowing for increased privacy and to maximise water views and sequentially rise in height from the Water's Edge, culminating at its highest on Docklands Drive. The buildings mirror water movement and reflections. The facade is a sinuous pattern weaving skywards and becoming a luminous shear glass form. This effect is used again on the roof of an undercover public walkway between the two towers.

  • Rather than being on the rooftop, most of the facilities are on the ground level on either side of the public walkway. This has activated the space and has allowed more light in the facilities. Facilities include a 25 metre indoor pool, spa, sauna and fully equipped gymnasium. There is also a library which includes a private meeting room, the perfect extension to the home and office. The podium rooftop offers a secret garden just for residents. The private sanctuary is both beautiful and functional, featuring barbeque and picnic areas for informal, year-round entertaining.

  • Promenade Aqui's interiors are characterised by clean lines and modern silhouettes. Echoing the history of the docks, natural timber oak flooring is streamlined throughout the living areas. This is complemented by floor to ceiling windows which capture the light and breathtaking panoramic views providing a seamless connection to the outdoors. Built to the highest specification, the interiors are designed in a carefully considered palette. A selection of five different colour schemes and upgrades allow you to create something which more accurately reflects your personal style. • The waterfront 'Promenade' tower is targeted towards owner occupiers with larger than average internal areas, Miele appliances, timber floors and integrated fridges included as standard. The 'Aqui' tower offered a more affordable price point, geared towards investors and first home buyers. The upper floors of both towers feature large terraces surrounded by tall glass so as to mitigate wind and ensure uninterrupted views. Promenade Aqui also offers two split-level layouts. The soho apartments on the ground floor including a home office with visible street frontage and the podium, dominated by lofts with double height windows to maximise light into the lower level apartments.
