  • The building and construction sector is responsible for a significant share of global emissions, yet most material decisions are made without clear carbon data. Existing tools are fragmented, expensive or too complex, leaving most manufacturers unable to participate, and most builders and designers unable to compare products effectively. The challenge was to create a unified, intuitive digital experience that removes friction from carbon disclosure and empowers better decisions. Rebuilt needed to simplify complex standards, support meaningful product comparisons, and enable faster, lower-cost reporting, without sacrificing rigour. The goal was to drive decarbonisation by design, not regulation.

  • Rebuilt delivers a seamless digital experience that simplifies carbon disclosure and empowers better material decisions. It guides manufacturers through intuitive data entry and automated validation to produce verified, standards-aligned carbon reports. Specifiers and procurement teams can then explore a curated marketplace of low-carbon products, with clear, comparable data at their fingertips. Every element, from visual design to content hierarchy, was crafted to transform abstract risk into relatable human impact, and to motivate users to prepare, adapt and thrive in a changing climate. The result is a platform that removes friction, builds trust, and drives real change across the built environment.

  • Rebuilt is helping shift the construction industry from passive reporting to proactive carbon reduction. By simplifying complex processes and lowering the barrier to participation, it has enabled manufacturers to disclose carbon data quickly and affordably, and empowered designers and builders to make more informed, lower-impact choices. The platform has generated strong industry engagement, with early adopters using it to differentiate products, win tenders, and plan carbon reductions. Rebuilt proves that thoughtful design can unlock transparency, trust and productivity, driving climate action not through regulation, but by making the better choice the easier one.

  • Rebuilt is built on a modular, future-ready design system that adapts to industry needs and regulatory changes. It supports a seamless user journey from data input to verified output, turning what is traditionally a time-consuming, expert-led process into an accessible, guided experience. Key features include: - Automated Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) generation A step-by-step interface enables manufacturers to input data, receive quality checks, and generate audit-ready reports aligned with ISO 14067, all in a fraction of the time and cost of traditional methods. - Marketplace Integration Verified products are published to a searchable platform where architects, specifiers and procurement teams can sort, filter and compare by carbon performance. - Scenario Sandbox Users can run carbon comparison models across products or projects, supporting design and procurement decisions with real-time insight. - Data Health Check Reports Automated assessments ensure submitted data meets quality and completeness benchmarks, reducing uncertainty and increasing trust. - Mobile-optimised performance The platform is responsive and fast-loading across devices, enabling access even in low-bandwidth environments. - Lifecycle-aligned data Reports cover stages A1–A3 by default, with options to extend to A4 and A5, aligning with NABERS Embodied Carbon and other Australian frameworks. Every feature is designed to lower effort, increase clarity, and accelerate low-carbon choices.
