The Vuly Quest 2.1 range solves the limitations of static play equipment through a modular system. The design allows users to change height, layout, and accessories as children grow. Key challenges included maintaining structural strength while enabling flexibility, addressed through iterative prototyping and robust aluminum joiners and tube to tube joiners design development. Material selection was critical, with double galvanisation and powder coating ensuring durability in harsh outdoor conditions.
