  • Turbo by Ziegler & Brown has held a market-leading position in premium gas barbeques in Australia for over 40 years. The challenge was to build meaningfully on an award-winning predecessor with new, differentiated and consumer focused features. The new range needed to address real cooking limitations: inconsistent heat distribution, limited cooking capacity, and a lack of precision temperature monitoring. It also needed to satisfy tightening gas safety standards, accommodate both LPG and natural gas, and support flexible installation across built-in and freestanding configurations, all within a unified design language across three distinct model tiers.

  • The Turbo Series has been 3 years in the making, with multiple obstacles along the way, finally landing on a modular solution. The shared platform enables models across pricing tiers while maintaining consistent dimensions and compatibility.A key advancement is the RQT burners, combining a ceramic burner with a quartz dome to improve heat efficiency, reduce flare-ups and vaporise drippings. Each burner is independently controlled with flame failure valves for improved safety.A multi-level cooking system introduces adjustable upper grills within a double-skin firebox, increasing flexibility. An optional digital display integrates food probes and an exhaust sensor, providing precision cooking.

  • The Turbo Series reinforces Ziegler & Brown's position within the premium segment of the gas barbeque market while offering a clear upgrade path from entry to top-tier configurations. From an environmental standpoint, the RQT burner system's increased thermal efficiency directing heat toward food rather than ambient air reduces gas consumption relative to previous generations and conventional open-flame systems. The double-skin firebox construction and 304 grade stainless steel and vitreous enamel coatings support a ten-year comprehensive warranty, encouraging longevity over replacement. The modular outdoor kitchen system extends the product's utility and lifespan, allowing owners to expand their setup incrementally over time.

  • Next Generation RQT Burners: The ceramic radiant burner and quartz dome pairing increases radiant heat output and reduces convective heat, minimising air movement around food and lowering the likelihood of flare-ups. The quartz dome is self-cleaning and dishwasher safe. Multi-Level Cooking System: The redesigned firebox accommodates up to four additional layers of upper cooking grills, each adjustable in height. Every unit has with one large and one medium upper grill. Allowing customers to configure their bbq uniquely to their food types. Integrated safety: Flame Failure Technology automatically cuts gas flow if a flame extinguishes. Flame Thrower Ignition provides consistent burner lighting. Both are built into the manifold assembly alongside universal LPG/natural gas convertibility. Optional Digital Display: Fits flush into the inlaid glass control panel, displaying readings from four food probes and an integrated hood exhaust probe. Connectivity enabled by pairing to a mobile app and is compatible with the Ziegler & Brown Ultrasonic Gas Gauge. Modular system: Any barbeque head unit can be paired with Classic, Elite, or Elite Pro carts, side shelves, and side burners. The system extends to an outdoor kitchen with Bench, Sink, Range, Corner, and Fridge modules all bolt-compatible and available as build-in or freestanding configurations.
