  • tgoma's games and apps are designed to be fun and exciting for kids and adults! By integrating the jumper's body mass and the trampoline mat into a control system, the player actively jumps around the mat - experiencing an effective physical workout while having fun! Studies show that just 10 minutes of vigorous jumping on a trampoline is the equivalent of a 30 minute run* - so get outside and get moving! This type of activity for children encourages the development of their motor skills (balance, core stability, coordination, muscle strength, sensory and body awareness.) *NASA Report published in the Journal of Applied Physiology 49(5): 881-887, 1980

  • We know that kids love their digital games/gaming, and tgoma offers a solution for parents to provide stimulating fun activity that promotes both physical and educational fitness. By integrating gaming a Springfree Trampoline kids and adults can challenge themselves both mentally and physically, while increasing their time spent outside and active in the backyard. The goal is to increase time outside and change sit-down screen behaviour to active physical behaviour.

  • Parents are searching for a way to inspire physical activity in a safe environment. tgoma games and apps are designed for one-at-a-time play, and together with a Springfree Trampoline, parents can have peace of mind that their kids are happy and are participating safely in physical activity in their own backyard. One-at-a-time play on a trampoline is a safety recommendation by the Australian Standards (AS 4989). Users of tgoma can interact with other players whether it be family members or from around the world through the software of the platform. Either way it will increase the time on a trampoline ensuring trampolines are viewed as a positive piece of backyard equipment.

  • tgoma will launch with seven (7) games and apps designed for everyone; from high-energy activity games, to educational games for exercising both body and brain, to fitness training apps for adults and kids. The goal is to ensure the whole family can benefit together, not just the child/children. This increases family time and strengthens bonding which is important for overall family unit health.

JumpTracker - see activity stats by number of jumps, time spent jumping, energy burned or height jumped. Display activity graph by time period, game or by user. Events - join jumpers from all over the world in events and competitions. Shop - new games and apps will be added to the tgoma store, and families will be able to use tgoma Tokens to buy new games and apps (bought through iTunes or Google Play). All of these features encourage more than a one time, or one person use as there is the ability to add more players and becomes a healthy form of not only backyard but community engagement and entertainment.

tgoma is easy to use by young children through to adults; the following buttons are in the menu bar: - Games section (orange button): where your games and apps are found. - JumpFit section (green button): where you access jump stats via the JumpTracker, or set goals to achieve - Settings section (yellow button): where you set up tgoma (tablet position, account + general setting) - News & Events section (purple button): where you can see news and events to participate in (coming soon) - Store section (blue button): where you preview all the games and apps available (coming soon) - Leaderboards - in some games there is the ability to see two leaderboards. These will be important when we launch contests between stores and even different countries! - Family Account - the icon “faces” shows the games leaderboard for those in your family account  WorldWide - the icon “globe” shows the games leaderboards for all tgoma members worldwide. Providing a range of app features encourages family as well as community involvement. A form of healthy fun enjoyed by any age.

tgoma is designed to become “THE” platform for ongoing interactive game design and use. We have created our “content delivery network” that allows the system to be extensible, plus created an open Application Programming Interface (API) and an open Software Development Kit (SDK) for ongoing software and gaming development. The concept is that anyone, anywhere can generate content for tgoma, not just Springfree Trampoline. We believe that we should be able to enthuse young people with an interest in programming to generate content for an activity they find fun and challenging. This provides the opportunity for employment and professional career development in this field should the content be commissioned by Springfree. Learning to code is an important skill now we are living in a digital age. It's not just enough for children to know how to use technology. They should know how it works too. Learning to code doesn't just mean you can become a developer; it strengthens problem solving skills and logical thinking, and supports key academic subjects such as science, maths and technology.
