Looking at traditional mattresses, that stifle airflow, cannot be cleaned internally and have no ability to be adjusted for seasonality or changes in circumstances challenged us to re-imagine how a mattress could be designed to incorporate flexibility and adjustment, enhance airflow, minimise partner disturbance and personalise comfort through customisable support and also be cleaned and/or serviced.

King Sleep+ is a fully modular mattress system, this is a mattress that can become Firmer, Softer, Warmer or Cooler to suit your changing needs. This puts the end-user in control and takes the uncertainty out of the purchase with ability to fine-tune the comfort based on the season or a change in lifestyle or sleeping habits. Modularity also allows for true longevity as parts can be washed or replaced as needed. Maximising air-flow allows the components to work in harmony to provide the best possible support whilst also allowing moisture to evaporate maintaining a dry & clean environment within.

Studies have shown that improved sleep, getting to the regenerative 3rd and 4th stages of the sleep cycle, brings many benefits to the health and wellbeing of individuals. Allowing for personalisation and adjustment to the mattress maximises the chances of improved sleep. Modularity also allows for true longevity as parts can be washed or replaced at your convenience. All components can be easily removed and vacuumed whilst the ‘Fit’ covers can be machine washed and eventually replaced as needed to easily maintain a fresh and healthy mattress and avoid entire mattresses going to landfill.

Every component in our Sleep+ mattress range have been engineered to breathe. Unlike some mattresses which contain layers of felt or foams that act like filters trapping dead skin cells and moisture, which creates the perfect breeding ground for dust-mites and mould, all the components in our Sleep+ mattresses have been engineered to allow for maximum breathability. Maximum air-flow allows the components to work in harmony to provide the best possible support whilst also allowing moisture to evaporate maintaining a dry and clean environment within the zipped cover. Zoned KingCell® Pocket Coil Springs provide a superior level of comfort engineered to create an almost ‘weightless’ sleeping experience. The Kingcell Pocket springs are divided into Soft and Firmer Zones to intuitively respond to your body weight and shape to maximise pressure relief. Each Pocket spring is individually encased meaning it works independently and there is no interference from adjacent springs, ensuring maximum support for your body and no partner disturbance when adjusting your sleeping position. A choice of 4 premium comfort layers are available to customise and enhance individual comfort designed to provide superior pressure relief, comfort performance and breathability. 3 x Airfit, Coolfit & Warmfit (electric heating) provide temperature regulation.
