  • MORE
  • Developing the Shingleback PRO meant overcoming key challenges: increasing carrying capacity for multiple heavier e-MTBs while balancing vehicle tow hitch download limits, maintaining strength, and keeping the rack close for safety and stability. Ground clearance had to be improved through a reengineered height adjustment system, protecting bikes from ground contact without compromising rack stability. Building on an earlier Shingleback concept, this innovation delivers a uniquely versatile, heavy-duty solution built for real-world conditions.

  • To meet the challenge of increased carrying capacity while maintaining compliance with vehicle tow hitch download ratings and rear overhang limits, Shingleback engineered the PRO with a newly reinforced tow bar tube, reducing flex and enhancing stability. The PRO also introduces a reengineered height adjustment system, evolving the earlier Shingleback Sport concept to improve ground clearance, accommodate a wider range of vehicle hitch heights, and maintain class-leading strength. Incorporating the brand’s proven anti-rattle technology, the PRO minimises movement at the hitch, maintaining the renowned versatility of Shingleback racks and setting a new benchmark for durability and performance in demanding conditions.

  • The Shingleback PRO sets a new benchmark in vertical bike transport — engineered for durability, ease of use, and sustainable performance. Built for families, riders, and commercial operators, it improves everyday adventure by protecting bikes, simplifying transport, and enabling year-round use across sports. Its smart, Australian-made design reduces environmental impact through shared components, recyclable packaging, and local manufacturing. Backed by a 10-year warranty, the PRO supports healthier lifestyles, boosts business performance, and strengthens local jobs — all while raising the bar for ethical, practical, and professional product design that delivers real-world benefits across Australia and beyond.

  • Patented Shingleback cradles with multi-adjustability, securing a perfect fit between bikes and supporting up to 35kg per bike. Compatible with a wide range of bikes, from standard MTB to 4" fat bikes, with custom inserts available for BMX and road bikes that mean you choose the features that are important to you. Exclusive, patent-pending foot latch enables effortless, hands-free tilt operation, even when fully loaded. Reinforced tow bar tube reduces flex, improving rack stability and safety under heavy loads. Proven anti-rattle technology eliminates movement at the hitch for enhanced security and ride quality. Reengineered height adjustability improves ground clearance, expands vehicle compatibility, and preserves overall strength. Built with premium-grade materials selected for their superior strength, durability, and best-in-class rust resistance. Finished with an industrial-strength powder coat that protects against harsh environmental conditions, ensuring the rack retains its structural integrity and appearance for a lifetime of heavy use. At least 10kg lighter than competitors through smart material selection and structural engineering, without compromising durability or performance. Proudly Australian-made, delivering unmatched toughness, usability, and real-world performance for commercial operators, families, and serious riders.
