Beyond a product, rae is a response to the longstanding gap in period care - design-led, experience-driven, and made to support comfort, confidence, and autonomy.

Scarlet partnered with Xentronics and Trike to bring rae to life - an 18-month collaboration, centred around design thinking processes, spanning different 12 prototypes. Every element was reimagined: a flexible, custom-designed heater, a powerful triple-protected lithium battery, and ergonomic silicone shell that fits comfortably across body types. User testing shaped everything from intuitive controls to the calming LED glow. Designed not to feel like a gadget, and instead feel like care, rae delivers sustained warmth in a subtle, strapless form. Beautiful, safe, and deeply considered, rae sets a new benchmark in period self-care through engineering, empathy, and design.
