Minimizing the number of plastic & metal parts but retaining necessary features to optimize user experience during soldering task. Hence, orientation study for associated parts are done to integrate them into one seamless unit.

Works on any Ryobi ONE+ 18v batteries or plugged into the grid for unlimited runtime. As the first of its class, the unit is compatible with other brand’s tips to fulfill end users’ needs. Simplified dial control knob design, not only provide the simplest user interface but also minimized the use of number of parts and tools used. Ergonomics, Safety and Ease of change tip is what revolves around the design of the soldering pen. LED indicator alerts the user when the tip is hot. On-board iron holder, tip cleaning sponge and tips storage are integrated into the design.
