REBORN by HoMie is a initiative designed to upcycle and transform deadstock and excess garments into unique pieces. It aims to provide a circular solution to brands and will support young people affected by homelessness through training and job opportunities via HoMie’s programs.

  • The fashion industry faces a significant waste problem, with vast amounts of clothing ending up in landfill. REBORN by HoMie addresses this issue by creating a circular solution that not only reduces waste but also empowers young people affected by homelessness through training and employment opportunities.

  • REBORN by HoMie solves the waste problem by upcycling excess and deadstock garments into fun new desirable garments. A key moment occurred this year when we partnered with ABMT to create an Australian first facility for scaled upcycling production. We now have the ability to rework up to 1500 garments per week and have already partnered with brands like Mambo, Champion and Country Road.

  • REBORN by HoMie has a positive impact on the environment by reducing textile waste and promoting circular fashion practices within brands moving forward. Our REBORN upcycling facility offers a unique opportunity reuse excess product and deastock as a new product line rather than discarding to landfill. Commercially, it creates a unique product line that attracts a consumer into sustainability and or fashion . Socially, it empowers young people affected by homelessness by providing them with training, skills, and employment opportunities.
