Oztent RS-1 King Single Swag

The design brief called for the development of an innovative King Single Swag that was unique in the market but practical for campers and outdoor adventurers, including features such as but not limited to the following: - 30 second set-up - Reversible fitted awning/reflective sun shade - Fire rated material - Removable 25mm foldable mattress - Compact pack-down size - Carry Bag that folds out to be a ground sheet/warning marker - The product could be protected by Patents - Sleeps 1 person in comfort with space for accessories - Create unprecedented interest and demand within the industry

The design solution was to utilise our award winning RV Tent frame system to develop a King Single Swag of this proven design thereby leveraging existing component volumes without compromising on our premium design strategy, the result: - The project met and in most cases exceeded our design brief - The Swag was warmer in winter and cooler in Summer due to the reversible fitted awning/sun shade - The Swag was extremely light, relatively compact, and it was easy to carry everything in the Swag Bag - The product was practical safe & easy to use

The overall impact of the project was amazing: - We were able to incorporate Patented designs in the overall project - We generated 54 pre-orders for the RS-1 sight unseen prior to launch - The RS-1 was sold-out at launch and is currently running on back order - We recorded over 68,000 views of the RS-1 video on our Facebook page - RS-1 assisted in achieving the best sales month in the companies history - RS-1 has opened up new sales channel opportunities
