  • Not everyone can buy insurance online. In fact many people need help with their insurance and brokers are the heros to rise to the occasion.However, the insurance product experience they offer isn't competitive with the direct to consumer market, and the tools they use are complex and disjointed. This results in a poor customer and user experience. We wanted to give brokers the tools and products they needed to remain effective in the personal lines space.

  • Within a beautifully designed UX, OpenBroker™ offers a number of digital solutions that power the entire policy lifecycle. Brokers can compare multiple products ranging in prices and features, from one quote. Meaning they can quickly find the best cover for their clients. OpenInsight™ uses AI to uncover new opportunities for brokers so they can best serve their clients. Data from previous quotes is retained an analysed to deliver brokers with new client opportunities. Instant claims allow the broker to lodge claims on the clients behalf and receive a decision within seconds, and in some cases have cash paid out instantly.

  • Within the first month of going live, we’ve onboarded AUB, Australia’s 2nd largest broker network, as well as Coverforce, Australia’s largest privately owned broker network. Meaning we have hundreds of brokers using the platform daily, and we’re only in month 1.
