Many of these conditions are treated with drugs, however the best age-old method of treating anxiety and stress is good breathwork. Medical science has proven that controlled deep breathing lowers heart rate, increases energy and calms the mind. With Ohm, we wanted to guide breathing and heart rate in the most natural way possible, keeping the technology simple and friendly. A “natural” solution where you aren't interrupted or encumbered by technology proved to be the most challenging part of the project.

Ohm is the first product that helps users calm by regulating their breathing and heart rates. Designed in the form of a glass lamp and a handheld sensor, just place the sensor in the palm of your hand and breathe. The lamp glows in a rising and falling pattern, intuitively guiding your breathing and focusing your nervous system. The color of the light then slowly changes as your breath and heart rate slows, going from warm white to deep amber. When your breathing and heart rate have stabilized in resonance, the light turns blue to let you know.

Its outer shell is crafted from a single piece of hand-blown, translucent borosilicate glass, featuring a frosted interior and polished exterior. Subtle internal ribs guide light upward, creating a soft, immersive glow. A smooth cradle at the top houses the sensing stone, inviting intuitive interaction.The handheld stone is designed for comfort and presence, weighted with a zinc-alloy core and gently warmed through wireless charging.
