No Wrap™ replaces single-use LDPE stretch wrap with reusable industrial infrastructure to secure palletised freight. Utilising modular interlocking Polypropylene Backbone Corners™ and high-performance Loop & Lock™ anti-tear tension straps, it provides a 100% waste-free, faster and safer method for securing palletised freight.

  • CHALLENGE

  • Global logistics consumes 6 million tonnes of LDPE stretch wrap annually, representing 2% of total plastic production which is discarded after a single use. This "6-million-tonne habit" is environmentally disastrous and operationally flawed. Traditional manual wrapping process is physically punishing, potentially causing worker vertigo and back strain, while inconsistent restraint quality poses safety risks. Businesses also face perpetual, non-recoverable costs of shrink wrap and the increasing pressure to meet Scope 3 ESG targets. The challenge was to design a reusable, industrial-grade alternative that fits existing warehouse flows without the need for new machinery.

  • No Wrap™ shifts the requirements of load restraint from a disposable consumable to a reusable, modular hardware system. The solution features interlocking Polypropylene Backbone Corners™ that can adapt to heights from 600mm to 1800mm. Secured by high-performance, 100% vinyl Loop & Lock™ horizontal and vertical straps, it provides compliance-grade restraint certified to Australian National Heavy Vehicle Regulator standards. The No Wrap system allows for rapid and simple application, eliminating worker dizziness and significantly increasing throughput. It transforms pallet containment material into a durable asset reusable for up to 10,000 cycles.

  • No Wrap™ delivers immediate environmental, commercial, and safety benefits. A single warehouse facility can avoid a whopping 6.7 tonnes of plastic waste annually and achieve 76%+ cost savings, with a per-use cost of just $0.012 and a 12–15 month break-even (based on wrapping 300 pallets per week). Societally, it transforms the operator's process by eliminating hazardous manual wrapping motions and speeding up semi-auto wrap processes. With the Backbones being manufactured in Australia, it supports clean, green engineering jobs while also helping companies meet ESG disclosures. No Wrap is a simple and practical design that makes traditional single-use wrap hard to justify

  • Modular Backbone Corners™: The proprietary interlocking design enables a "build-to-height" frame for loads between 600mm and 1800mm.High-Performance Materials: Polypropylene backbones selected for high impact & fatigue resistance for a 10,000-cycle life.Industrial Grade Materials: 100% Vinyl hook-and-loop straps utilising an anti-tear weave to ensure longevity and safety. The straps buckle are made from premium grade stainless steel.Loop & Lock™ Tensioning: The hook-and-loop vinyl strap system provides NHVR compliant, repeatable and easily applied restraint without the failure points of traditional film.Operational Versatility: Self-contained hardware requiring no power or fixed machinery, allowing pallets to be secured at the point of picking or container destuffing.Stock access: Warehouse teams don't have to unwrap the entire pallet to access individual cartons of stock if needed, saving time and resources.Safety-First Ergonomics: Designed for upright application, removing the need for workers to walk in "dizzying circles" or constant bending.Australian Heritage: Owned & Designed in Victoria, with backbones manufactured in Dandenong South, showcasing local industrial ingenuity and jobs creation.
