media:scape Lounge with Hood is an inspired way to shape space, creating visual and physical boundaries to provide just enough privacy for one-on-one interactions, taking a call, focusing on a task at hand, or enjoy a relaxing time-out.

  • The average office worker gets interrupted every 11 minutes and takes 23 minutes to get back on task. Media:scape Lounge with Hood was designed to offer a shelter that eliminates these distractions and provide an escape where users can focus individually or in small groups.

  • media:scape Lounge with Hood enables space creation without the commitment of having to build a room, thereby expanding the palette of places offered in the workplace. The shelter created by media:scape Lounge with Hood allows for space to be defined, even in the open office.

  • media:scape Lounge with Hood was designed purposefully with slits to allow users to retreat and gain privacy but remain connected to the team visually. Like water, sound flows everywhere that it possibly can. By designing slits into the hood, presence is visible and regulation of sound is more cognizant from inside and outside the lounge.
