Extensive research went into optimising fan performance, blade and pressure dynamics and air flow, and determining how each of these factors impacts power consumption, whilst maintaining the device’s ability to supress dust ingress. The research was validated with real world testing, rapid prototype development and iteration, and has resulted in the most power efficient device yet that can adequately pressurise a 16ft caravan in seconds.
