  • The design brief for Ezetrolley addressed the challenge of enabling a single person to maneuver large, heavy sheet materials through narrow spaces safely and efficiently. Existing trolleys required two operators and had cumbersome, random-directional wheels, increasing the risk of injury and material damage. The goal was to develop a trolley with an easy, ground-level, loading tray and a sophisticated steering mechanism that can turn 360 degrees in its own width as well as travelling in a forwards and backwards direction.

  • The design process was comprehensive and iterative, involving over 30 prototypes to refine the functionality and user experience. The process began with extensive research to understand the specific needs of transporting large, heavy, sheet-materials through narrow spaces. Initial concepts focused on user safety, ease of maneuverability, and loading safety.Local production of the initial batch enabled rigorous testing and refining of the design and clarified the importance of organising a more affordable Chinese-manufactured version.

  • Safety is paramount in the Ezetrolley design.Ergonomic handles and a ground-level loading tray with precise steering mechanisms reduce the risk of injury and accidents.Premium materials provide stability and smooth movement, further enhancing user safety.

  • We have patented the unique steering mechanism in Australia, U.K. and U.S.A (pending). There is no other trolley mechanism that can turn 360 degrees in its own width and travel in a forwards of backwards direction.
