  • The challenge was to create a table structure that caters for a multitude of commercial project briefs whilst maintaining one singular design language, with concealed and streamlined engineering. As commercial spaces become more agile and continue to evolve, Goodrum wanted to provide a functional and aesthetic solution for all types of working, and in any area of a workplace, including boardrooms, offices, meeting rooms, co-working areas etc.

  • To enable limitless typologies, Goodrum designed a structurally refined Axis-Joint, made from a series of castings that fluidly interact, enabling 15-degree frame and leg articulations. The Axis-Joint is a single mechanical solution able to configure multiple modular formations. A result of over two years of refinement, the Axis-Joint fulfills the need for a piece of complex engineering that is not compromised in usability or aesthetics. The minimal castings of the joint are integrated seamlessly into the structure of the Chameleon, creating an overall aesthetic that is visually clean yet inherently complex.

  • The Chameleon is an adaptable design that encourages adaptable styles of working. With sitting and standing height options and a variety of size and shape typologies, The Chameleon enables agile workplaces - where people are able to work productively, together or alone, in a variety of formats and situations.

  • The series is available in a range of top finishes installed to a rigid modular aluminum frame, providing a strong yet lightweight form. Its legs are comprised of a solid aluminum extrusion with a lay-in cable routing and a removable aluminum clip cover, allowing for ease and flexibility in power and data supply. Each leg features a discrete adjustable M10 glide for on-site leveling, with retrofittable castor option.
