  • Modern commercial vehicles, heavy equipment and industrial machinery demand increasingly compact, integrated lighting solutions, yet existing work lamps remain constrained by the trade-off between size, output and durability. As installation space becomes more limited, achieving high-performance illumination without compromising robustness presents a significant challenge. This project was driven by a singular ambition: to deliver uncompromised light performance in the smallest possible form factor. This required rethinking conventional optical systems, improving efficiency and ensuring the product could withstand extreme environmental conditions, including vibration, water ingress, dust and temperature variation, while remaining adaptable across a wide range of real-world applications.

  • Microlux reimagines the architecture of the work lamp through the integration of advanced Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optics, enabling precise beam control and exceptional efficiency within a compact form.Unlike traditional reflector-based systems, the optical design combines reflection and refraction into a single engineered element, delivering consistent, high-quality illumination without increasing physical size. The platform-based approach allows multiple sizes, outputs and beam patterns to be delivered from a unified design language, ensuring flexibility across applications. A fully sealed housing, integrated connectors and simplified mounting system create a durable, plug-and-play solution designed to perform reliably in the harshest operating environments.

  • Microlux transforms expectations of what compact work lighting can achieve. By enabling high-output illumination in previously unusable spaces, it expands the possibilities for lighting integration across industries.Improved visibility enhances safety outcomes in demanding environments, supporting better decision-making and reducing operational risk. The product’s durability and long service life reduce maintenance requirements and total cost of ownership, while energy-efficient LED technology lowers power consumption.Commercially, Microlux strengthens Narva’s position as a leader in automotive lighting, setting a new benchmark for compact performance and influencing future product development across the category.

  • Microlux introduces a series of integrated innovations that collectively redefine compact work lighting:At its core is an advanced TIR optical system that delivers highly efficient, precisely controlled light output from a significantly reduced footprint. This enables both wide-area flood illumination and hybrid beam distribution, supporting diverse operational requirements. The ultra-compact form factor allows seamless integration into constrained environments, unlocking new mounting possibilities across vehicles and machinery where traditional lamps cannot be accommodated.A robust, sealed housing engineered to IP68 and IP69K standards ensures resistance to water, dust and high-pressure cleaning, supporting reliable performance in extreme conditions. The product is designed to withstand continuous vibration and mechanical stress, maintaining consistent output in demanding industrial and off-road applications.Integrated connectors and simplified mounting systems streamline installation, reducing complexity and improving reliability over the product lifecycle.A scalable platform architecture enables a cohesive range of sizes and outputs, allowing users to select the optimal solution while maintaining consistency in design, performance and durability.
