  • Fintech brands often rely on sterile, corporate identities that bury complex offerings beneath cold, technical design. Zepto wanted to break that mould - to make real-time, account-to-account payments feel accessible, distinctive, and genuinely resonant. The challenge was to simplify an incredibly nuanced technical product and reposition the brand in an increasingly crowded B2B payments space. Working closely with the Zepto team, Oliver Grace set out to humanise the experience, craft a future-facing identity, and build a digital platform that could scale with confidence. Storytelling, clarity and emotional connection became the driving forces behind every design decision - from brand to interface.

  • The solution was a bold, custom-built website that combined performance, usability and storytelling. Designed and developed by Oliver Grace, the site uses a lightweight 3D rendering engine to deliver immersive visuals without compromising speed or accessibility. At its heart is Zeppy, a charming mascot who guides users through complex fintech ideas with personality and clarity. A scalable content architecture, intuitive UX, and CRM integration ensure the site supports both user journeys and business needs. Every element - from animation to tone of voice - was crafted to simplify the technical and elevate Zepto’s digital presence above industry norms.

Since launch, the platform has driven a 52.5% increase in total users, 64.4% more page views, and a 48% lift in engaged sessions. Internally, it has strengthened team alignment and clarity of purpose. Externally, it transformed how users understand and interact with Zepto - making complex fintech feel accessible and inspiring. The site is now a strategic tool for growth, recognition and future scalability.

Immersive Visual Design: 3D scenes and interactive 2D sprites create a dynamic and fluid feel demystifying technical content while maintaining speed and accessibility. Scalable Information Architecture: Built with future growth in mind, the site’s modular design and structured content model enable fast updates, clear navigation, and ease of management. CRM and Marketing Integration: ActiveCampaign is embedded for smooth lead capture, segmentation and campaign automation turning the site into their commercial growth engine. Accessibility-First Approach: Designed to meet WCAG standards, with high-contrast visuals, responsive design and compatibility with screen readers. Tone of Voice and Content Strategy: The copy transforms complex financial language into human, approachable messaging supporting clarity and brand distinction. Zeppy the Mascot: A digital storytelling device designed to personify Zepto’s pioneering spirit. Zeppy appears in animations and illustrations across the site and brand materials, offering warmth and memorability in a traditionally dry category.
