  • Asiga manufactures 3D printers for the production of custom end-use medical devices in healthcare sectors including dentistry for the direct manufacture of custom dental appliances and hearing for the direct manufacture of custom hearing aids. To help accelerate the adoption of 3D printers in these healthcare sectors our goal is to reduce the users learning curve and enhance day-today handling by minimising user input, removing user error and enabling automation.

  • The Ultra is a smart, precise and easy to use 3D printer utilising Asiga's production monitoring technologies and intuitive user-centric UX & UI features. The Max+ allows users with minimal or no 3D printing experience achieve a repeatable and precise 3D printed output for the production of custom end-use medical devices such as dental prostheses, hearing aids and medical models.

  • 3D printing allows healthcare professionals produce customised medical devices tailored to the specific needs of the patient. This can lead to better treatment outcomes and improve patient satisfaction. The minimalist user-centric design of the Max+ helps users understand how to set-up the 3D printer more easily and the careful consideration of materials, product aesthetics and construction quality provide confidence in the 3D printed output. This helps accelerate the uptake of 3D printing in medical environments having a direct impact on the level of healthcare provided.
