A patented internal drip system allows for a completely sealed unit, that when folded contains all fat run off from the plate and underside into the catchment trays.
The hinging system allows the unit to sit snuggly against the desired fixed structure.

  • The Space Grill has Granted an Australian and US patent. The key features of these patents is the folding design and internal drip system allows for a completely sealed unit, that when folded contains all fat run off from the plate and underside into the catchment trays, all fats are then easily cleaned from the catchment tray. The hinging system allows the unit to sit snuggly against the desired fixed structure.
