  • 3D printing has long been a manufacturing method for producing custom patient-matched medical devices including hearing aids, pre-operative assessment models and dental prosthetics. The process of 3D printing can be inconsistent so the need for production continuity is paramount for patient compliance and safety.

  • The Max 2 was designed to overcome 3D print inconsistencies in medical manufacturing environments delivering a 3D printing solution that is precise, predictable and reliable. Active layer monitoring on the Max 2 ensures the 3D printed output is produced to within microns of the original CAD file fulfilling its positioning as a medical device manufacturing unit. Additional monitoring is managed by an auto-calibrating UV LED which automatically compensates for loss in power over time, ensuring the 3D printed layer is cured accurately. The compact form factor of the Max 2 makes it ideal for environments where space is a premium.

  • Confidence is built on reliability. By providing production reliability the Max 2 empowers the laboratory or clinician to produce more, reducing waiting times and costs to those in need. As 3D printing materials evolve for devices such as dental restorations &/or dentures, the open material architecture of the Max 2 provides a compatible, trusted and stable platform for future material developments.

  • Transparent Mode™. UltraGLOSS™ compatible. Intuitive User Interface. Compatible with over 500 industry leading 3D printing materials. Rapid material change over. Chamber heating. Single point calibration. Automatic software set-up.
