Maestro by InfoTrack is Australia’s first single AI-assisted interface to complete all legal processes for property transactions. Designed for sellers, buyers, lawyers and conveyancers, it streamlines every step, cuts complexity, and champions sustainability, setting a new benchmark for speed, simplicity, and environmental impact in the property industry.

  • Before Maestro, property transactions were slow and fragmented, with lawyers and conveyancers juggling up to 15 separate systems and repeated data entry. A single system outage could stall the entire process. Maestro unifies everything into one seamless platform, delivering speed, simplicity and reliability.

  • Maestro was built to transform the client experience by integrating all legal and conveyancing services into a single digital environment. After a three-day strategy workshop and a two-month design sprint, we conducted 60 usability testing sessions to fine-tune the platform and onboard beta users. Technical constraints challenged the design, but the core vision remained intact. We launched the MVP in October 2024, supported by a two-week hyper-care period, before a full rollout in November. Maestro now empowers clients with a seamless, reliable workflow, raising the bar for property transactions across Australia.

  • Maestro reinforces InfoTrack's position as Australia’s leading innovator in legal technology. It offers an improved user experience by offering AI-generated contextual actions and guidance. Since its release, Maestro has seen a 38% adoption across eligible firms, over 530 using clients and 43 clients are engaging with three or more milestones, reflecting the adoption of additional services. Maestro furthers InfoTrack's sustainability goals by reducing the need for clients to print lengthy contracts, and allowing contracts to be edited, shared, and signed electronically. Maestro also provides reporting on potential future environmental impacts of a property, empowering property buyers before making a purchase.

  • Quickly preview any certificates or documents that have been ordered or generated using InfoTrack services Digital identity verification that integrates with government databases, using facial recognition and optical character recognition (OCR) to read identity documents and ensure a secure, reliable process. Create and compile a contract of sale and then electronically share it with a Real Estate Agent to prepare for the sale of a property. Digitally sign and exchange the contract of sale. Order and complete the relevant documents to prepare for settlement including property certificates; lodge documents to strata managers; Foreign capital gains clearance certificate; environmental alerts Integrate with an ELNO (Electronic Lodgement Network Operator) and complete Settlement. Map data between a practice management system and InfoTrack, so clients only need to input data once. AI chat to provide information and support for InfoTrack services. Flexible environment so clients can complete tasks in the order that best suits their needs.
