  • The B2B experience was especially clunky and difficult to use. This poor user experience led distributors to call or email to place an order, creating an even greater load on customer service. Beyond this, global branches used their own systems meanwhile their international distribution centre, was effectively doing most of their work by hand. Goals: Seamlessly integrating with NetSuite, their ERP system, which required a customised solution for handling complex data flows. Enhancing B2C & B2B eCommerce capabilities, further improving the frontend user experience. Deploying eCommerce solutions in Australia, USA and Thailand. Building a scalable digital infrastructure for future global expansion.

  • We integrated Shopify Plus with IRONMAN 4x4’s ERP system, NetSuite, establishing a centralised, real-time source of truth for global inventory and sales. Teams across the business can access accurate data on customers, vehicles, inventory, pricing rules, and more. Leveraging Shopify Plus’s advanced B2B capabilities, we implemented a seamless, customised ordering process that dramatically improved user experience and order efficiency. Distributors can place bulk orders with ease, manage staff accounts and permissions, submit warranty claims, and track purchases—all within a single system. This integration has elevated operational control, data accuracy, and scalability for IRONMAN 4x4’s global network.

  • In just two months Ironman 4x4 saw a 20% rise in B2B orders. With SEO improvement as a key focus of the migration, IRONMAN 4X4 has achieved a record high 23% increase in search visibility, driven by an enhanced user experience and streamlined content management capabilities. The solution was the worthy winner of the 2025 IT News award for best retail transformation project.
