Through a cross-disciplinary, user centered design approach, Tom is especially committed to bridging geographic and cultural differences across the offices across APAC.

A recognised leader with over 28 years of experience, one of Tom’s key priorities is to build Gensler’s reputation and fuel business growth through innovative design solutions. 

Under Tom’s leadership, Gensler Australia has seen many achievements across retail, hospitality, workplace and mixed-use projects in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. 

Tom is a recognised thought leader and a frequent speaker at industry events as well as national and international platforms.
