Sarah Estens is an award-winning designer specialising in branding, communications, and environmental design. As Creative Director at Frost*collective in Sydney, she leads the Environments team, integrating brand and communication strategy into physical spaces—working with allies such as Mirvac, Lendlease, and British Land on expansive projects that help shape our cities.

Her career includes roles at global agencies such as Gensler, Imagination, and Household in London, creating brands and communication strategies while simultaneously designing the retail and brand experiences.

Sarah’s portfolio features collaborations with major brands including Amazon—where she helped design their first physical retail experiences and developed their emerging device brands, overseeing their global rollout—as well as the original brand experience for Charlotte Tilbury in Selfridges. In Australia, she has worked extensively with iconic local brands such as Qantas, Channel Nine, and the Sydney Opera House, to name a few.

Known for her energy, insight, and collaborative leadership, Sarah has been consistently delivering unique and strategic design outcomes for over 18 years.
