Marjo Kaszonyi

Marjo is a Sydney-based Creative Director currently working at For The People, with a focus on digital experience design.

She has about 13+ years of experience working in brand agencies, a digital start-up and Service Design teams. She’s a proud alumnus of Fjord, with eight formative years spent with the teams in Helsinki, London, Zurich, and Sydney.

Marjo has worn many hats on a wide range of projects for companies in almost every vertical – she leads multi-disciplinary teams with energy and empathy, utilising strategic frameworks to create a creative culture where people feel encouraged, can grow and be heard.
