Kristina Zlomislic Brancaccio

Kristina Zlomislic Brancaccio is a passionate, outcome-driven leader in design and innovation. With a background in both digital and physical product design, she has crafted impactful experiences across diverse industries.

A UNSW University Medallist in Industrial Design, Kristina began her career at a leading design consultancy, designing everything from consumer electronics to air traffic control centres. She joined Resmed, a global med-tech company, where she’s had roles across Industrial Design, UX Design, Engineering and now leads Global Customer Experience (CX), reporting to the Chief Product Officer. Her team leads design, research and content across all products—physical products, digital touchpoints, services & environments.

Kristina’s thought-leadership has contributed to patents, award-winning products, and even designs featured at Australian Fashion Week. She is deeply committed to mentoring & coaching emerging talent across industry.

Her mission? To create experiences that solve real problems, enhance lives, and make people smile.
