Jonathon Lau is an accomplished design leader and consultant with 15 years of experience in design and strategy. He has played pivotal roles within innovation teams at IBM, Bunnings, and Nike, where he has driven the integration of cutting-edge technology with user-centric design principles.

Deeply committed to responsible technology, Jonathon focuses on initiatives that enhance rather than replace human connection. He is passionate about empowering designers to find their purpose, believing that designers are uniquely positioned to positively impact AI technology as it evolves.

Currently, Jonathon is the Design Lead at IBM Expert Labs, developing solutions for businesses from startups to enterprise.
