Lena is an acclaimed innovator and design leader with over 18 years experience at the intersection of business, service and social innovation.

She has worked with high impact local and global organisations including Accenture, Atlassian, Red Cross and KidsHelpline, leading the transformation of business and service delivery models.

She also held leadership roles in innovation and advisory roles across all levels of government and contributed to the academic ecosystem, including as foundational Head of Research and Advisory at the Griffith Centre for Systems Innovation and as a lecturer in the Master of Design Innovation and Technology program at RMIT.

Over the last decade, she has centred her practice on innovation in the health and social services sectors, informed by her lived experience in the Carers and Neurodiversity space.

Her innovation and design work in youth mental health, social housing and First Nations sectors has won numerous national awards, including three Australian Good Design Awards.
