PAULA ADAMSON

Paula has extensive experience in the public and private sectors enhancing workforce capability and organisation culture and performance to deliver high quality outcomes.

She is currently the CEO of Wrays, one of Australia’s largest independent intellectual property firms.

Her previous experience includes the role of Deputy Director General of the Customer Services Divison in IP Australia. Prior to that, she was the General Manager of Trade Marks and Designs at IP Australia and led a team responsible for the registration of robust IP Rights for business.

She is passionate about supporting Australia’s innovation economy and enjoys working alongside world-class universities, research institutes and vibrant start-up communities to protect their intangible assets and contribute to the country’s economic growth.
