Kirra is currently Acting CEO and Head of Impact & Innovation at Good Cycles, one of Australia’s leading Work Integration Social Enterprises.
She is passionate about shifting power towards people who are marginalised by using design-led thinking layered with innovative strategy and business models. Her work is focused on enabling sustainable organisations that generate real social impact.

Kirra has spent 17 years in the social sector across mental health, homelessness and family violence non-profits, and most recently in social enterprise. Her roles have spanned frontline service delivery and leadership, business development, governance and social innovation.

She draws on an academic background that includes philosophy, social work, health policy and social impact. Kirra is a regular guest speaker in the master’s program at the Centre for Social Impact Swinburne and was a finalist in the inaugural Michael Liffman Alumni Award 2022.
Kirra is a 2023 Westpac Social Change Fellow.
