During the past two decades I have worked in large corporations and mid-size design firms in Europe and China. Designing products and solutions and guiding the design team to deliver the optimal experience across the user journey.

As a sustainability ambassador, I advocate for circular design solutions and to challenge the status quo. In my current role as senior Experience Lead for the Image Guided therapy domain at Philips I am overlooking the medical hardware design team at Philips. 

Emma is a multiple award-winning designer, who has more than 35 design awards to her name including 3 prestigious ‘Best of the Best’ Red Dot and iF Awards.
